When viewing the Navigator category in Preferences, the window cuts off part of
the text box for "Location" and part of the "Restore Defaults" button.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Preferences... from Mozilla menu
2. Select Navigator under Category (if necesary)
Actual Results: Text box and one button are cut
Expected Results: Full view of all controls
