1579064 - Remove preferences for bug fixes: 1563695, 1556491, 1562315

If proven stable after few cycles, we can remove these preferences at will (and default to true).

It would be nice if we had a mechanism to send a notification on a certain date.

I believe the code + pref from that bug were removed in bug 1563803. This is why it was omitted from my patch.

I believe the code + pref from that bug were removed in bug 1563803. This is why it was omitted from my patch.

The bug I linked is not the right one. I have lost the trail that I found yesterday, but tldr there are no remaining references to the pref for that bug in m-c.

Found it - the pref was removed in bug 1567133.
