Follows the example of m-c bug 1564862.

jorgk, I just saw your comment about adding the 43 C++ entries. I'll circle back and do that after I get the prettier formatting changes landed on esr68. I assume we'd want those in the .hg-annotate-ignore-refs file too.

This is probably wrong. It would be the git rvs, not the hg ones, shouldn't it?
And gecko-dev is https://github.com/mozilla/gecko-dev, but we're not there.... so not sure what to do about git.
