Details
When the real fix for that bug is shipped to the release channel we won't need the skip list workaround any longer.

Back in the day I set up bug 1537702 for tracking real-world interventions like this, I guess we should start to use it now :)

The fix for Bug 1580416 landed in Firefox 71, so we can revert this fix once 71 hits release (2019-12-03).

This is done now. The skip list fix has been reverted from both staging and product remote settings.
