Could you update and try this again, I'm unable to duplicate with an Arabic build of the browser, nor with English setting "rtl".

Yes, it appears you are right. It does occur on Beta v70.0b7 and it does not occur on Nightly v71.0a1. This bug was logged while running the test cases on Beta for pre-release preliminary. Sorry about the confusion.

This is a dupe of Bug 1578298, I requested uplift for that to get into 70.
