STR.

  1. Enable gfx.webrender.all and MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=true.
  2. Drag tab out of tab strip to create a new window (not outside window due to Bug 1527976).
  3. Drag tab from new window back to original window or any other window.

Tab content rendering breaks, shows permanent spinning wheel.

Recently fixed in latest Nightly 73.0a1 (2019-12-03).
