Though I cannot reproduce in a fresh profile, my search keyword for AllMusic (attached) does not work in my profile. I'm not sure why.

Marco, I'm needinfo'ing you since I figured you know the most about keywords (afaik). Ryan, did this break recently?

When you say it doesn't work, can you be more specific about steps you follow to actually use it? What are you typing in the urlbar?

The search keyword does not invoke search (see attached) but will in a fresh profile.

The screenshot looks "correct" to me, you only typed the keyword, without specifying a search string, if you confirm that it should go to www.allmusic.com/search. keywords can be used as url aliases, even if that feature is sort of deprecated.
We only show the domain for keyword and that makes it confusing in the empty string search, we should change that to show the full url.
If you add a search string, like "allmusic something", then it should show "www.allmusic.com: something" and search for "something" on the website.
The different behavior across profiles could maybe be related to bug 1584545?

You are right, it's working for me on my home computer. Will check again at work (where it wasn't).

Ryan, were you able to check if this is still happening?

Sorry for the delay, I just tested now on my work computer, and despite the bookmark and keyword being present, the search does not appear. Very possible I about:configged it away somehow. I don't want to waste too much time if this is a unheard-of issue, but send me any tips to troubleshoot.

Are you testing on the latest Nightly? As Marco says, you might be seeing bug 1584545, which was fixed recently.
One other thing to try. Try deleting your current Allmusic bookmark (the one with the keyword) and then recreating it. i.e., then go to https://www.allmusic.com/search, right-click the search box at the top of the page, and select Add a Keyword for this Search. When I create the keyword that way, it works for me. If you create the keyword manually (by adding a bookmark and then adding the keyword to it yourself), it won't work because the search URL in question uses POST data.

I'm going to resolve this as incomplete for now. This was probably bug 1584545. If you're still able to reproduce this, please let us know.
