As part of fixing the MCB for fission, I think we should remove this telemetry measure to simplify the code.
We currently track this metric which counts how often we have mixed content within plugins, as they are going away next year I don't think we have any intermediate plans to flip the pref: "security.mixed_content.block_object_subrequest"
