We no longer use those anywhere in the UI.

For more context, we've replaced all non-test usages of XUL textboxes with HTML inputs (see bug 1547372), with the exception of textbox[type=search] which was turned into the search-textbox custom element, so we're looking to remove the tests that only test textbox to unblock removing the binding in bug 1513325.
