Megabar, Quantumbar is broken, dropdown results do not display, when a Windows non-Aero Theme is used.

At best 1/2 of one of the items in the dropdown displays.

Win7 x64
Windows non-Aero theme (turn off Aero)
FF 61 Nightly

New Profile
Type some URLs into the urlbar, or do some searches from the urlbar
Say; microsoft, megabar, megazoo, meglamania, megamillions, manafort

Quit
Reopen

F6 to focus on the urlbar

Type: 'M'

Results:

1/2 of 1 result of 'M' displays

Expected:

All the 'M' results should display

Right-click Windows desktop
Personalize
Choose the Windows 7 Aero theme

Back to FF
F6 to focus on urlbar
Type 'M'

Result:

All expected 'M' results display
