User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Sites:

STR

  • In a vanilla FF71 profile, open the test pages

Actual results:

  • the pages show up with a white background (they should have a deep red background) making the white text etc invisible
  • it seems the chrome://browser/skin/blockedSite.css background-color: #A4000F is not being applied, or is being overriden

Expected results:

In FF70 or lower the test pages look good

Component: Untriaged → Safe Browsing
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
Summary: Safe Browsing test pages not applying background color → "Deceptive Site" (Safe Browsing) error page is unreadable
Priority: -- → P2

Not sure why an unconfirmed bug has priority, but there's an older bug with a regression and tracking flags.
