I've increased the verbosity of debugging on the Mac Workers to try to better understand the shape of the current pypi dependency issues. My current suspicion is that it's related to OS arch and Python version incompatibilities with the whl/src files on our mirror.

Currently waiting for a test job on Taskcluster to complete so I can inspect the logs.

We appear to have nicked the dependency upload headache. Builds are failing in an expected manner, artifact upload of the runs.zip folder fails. Working on this now.

Two additional issues have arisen, dependency related. xquartz is not being correctly installed, requiring a pwd for sudo, I'm working with relops to understand what the right path to take is. The second, there are more pypi dependencies required since we're building files from src and don't have access to pre-compiled whl files. I'll file a bug with releng for this later issue.
