1587631 - Add separate FxA entrypoint events for each Fennec Onboarding panel

Bug 1570878 added new "Sign up" buttons to each of Fennec's three Onboarding panels. However, all three buttons are linked to the same "firstrun" FxA entrypoint event, so our [Amplitude telemetry dashboard can't see which Onboarding panel's button was tapped most frequently:

Ashley recommends that we split the "firstrun" FxA entrypoint event into three separate entrypoint events for each Onboarding panel. We could call the new entrypoint events something like "firstrun-panel-1", "firstrun-panel-2", and "firstrun-panel-3".

Verified as fixed on https://analytics.amplitude.com/mozilla-corp/chart/pdqvkko where the firstrun-welcome, firstrun-sendtab, firstrun-sync entrypoints are available starting with 12th of October.
