158928 - QuickLaunch menu includes mail&newsgroups even though i dont have it installed

Mozilla version: 1.1beta
Options: QuickLaunch enabled

The quicklaunch menu (when you right click) has all the options like Mail &
Newsgroups, Addressbook, Composer, and Navigator even though i opted not to
install the Mail & Newsgroups component when i installed mozilla. When i select
Mail & Newsgroups from the quicklaunch menu, it loads up the navigator. I think
the option to load Mail & Newsgroups should not be there. 

Possible solution: have quicklaunch check which components of mozilla are
installed as quicklaunch starts for the first time and then only create menu
items for those installed components.
