The popup should make it clear that it needs to be restarted after some configuration change.

Details
Currently, when the profiler is started and the user changes the configuration (adds/removes a threads, changes the interval) nothing shows that the running profiler uses the old configuration.
We should have a clear sign that the profiler needs to be restarted so that the new configuration is taken into account.

Perhaps we could disable the controls while the profiler is active?

I'm not super happy with this solution, I think the user might wonder why the controls are disabled. But this could work.
That said I'd be happy to wait until we have a proposal for the redesign.
