Using 10-07 m10 and 10-08 m11 mac builds

Migration of the mail.notification.sound pref on mac doesn't migrate to a
mail.play_sound value.  We need to reconcile this for migration. Whether the 4.x
mac has the pref set to None or a sound type (Quack, Drip, etc.), the pref shows
disabled in the seamonkey UI and does not get a play_sound pref line in
prefs.js.

If engaging the pref through the seamonkey prefs UI, we do write a play_sound
pref in keeping with all the seamonkey platforms.

If that's true, then we should remove the pref from the main mail/news pref
panel... I'll check to see if there's a bug to remove it and if not, I'll log
one.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.
