Bug 1413203 made about:networking load the CSS for the page properly.
Now there's the task of making it look nice.
To contribute to this, the user should build Firefox for mobile:
./mach bootstrap - Choose GeckoView/Firefox for Android Artifact Mode
./mach build
Edit toolkit/themes/mobile/global/aboutNetworking.css
./mach build faster
./mach run to run in emulator
go to about:networking and check that it looks nice.

WIP DO NOT LAND
- update menu to be horizontal and padded on mobile to give tables more space
- improve font size in menu and inputs
- do not scroll to div when moving between pages
- misc. style changes
