With the new search button we can start investigating modes, that would allow to put the QuantumBar in a restriction, without the user having to type a restriction token.
This should allow to have a pure-search mode, as well as tab-search, bookmark-search, and so on. With an improved UI it would also be discoverable.
A full breakdown is not possible until we have the finalized design, for now I'll just file a dependency for the providers work.

We pretty much implemented all the needed pieces with Search mode
