Actual results:

I cannot get my Outlook account to open. All that happens when I enter the URL is an image of the Outlook icon in the center of the screen.

Expected results:

I have already lost a half-hour of work time because of this issue!

Hi,
I'm experiencing the same issue after updating to v70.0. See the screenshot. I've tried to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection (Enhanced Tracking Protection -> Custom -> Deselect all checkboxes) and delete all cookies (Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data...), nothing helps.
Although, Outlook does work in Private Browsing Tab!

Hello,

I have tried to reproduce this on Windows 8.1 x32 with the release 70.0, the beta 71.0b4 and Nightly 72.0a1 (2019-10-27) versions but didn't have any success. The site was launching and i could input my login credentials.

Since Sergey said that it's working in Private Browsing Tab it could be an addon problem.

If I may, I would suggest re-testing the issue while in Safe Mode. You can find helpful info here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode .
Also a fresh new profile could help. You can find more about creating a new profile here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile .

The issue persisted in Safe Mode and after logout from Firefox Account. Outlook was working only in Private Browsing Tab. When I tried to log in back to my Firefox Account, I caught another issue: "Cookies and local storage are required" (mentioned here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1187576)

May be it was a misconfiguration in my case. Clean reinstall solved both the issues.

Hey Sergey,

Thank you for your response and research. I'm glad to know the issue has been solved on your side.

Waiting on Julie's input as well.

Hi all,

Thank you for your input. I ended up solving the problem by reinstalling Firefox as well.

Julie
