Last setting of "View -> Text Zoom" is never remembered

I'm not sure if this is deliberate (design) or accidental (bug), so logging as
an enhancement request. Can't find any even vaguely similar bugs/enhancements.
Problem:
Either:
- People with visibility problems, needing BIG TEXT all the time, but wanting
to keep all text in original proportions (I.e. the "Preference" of "minimum font
size" is uselss, because it makes all text the same size).
Or:
- High res monitor (1400x1050), but not that big (approx 15" diagonal) - i.e.
vast majority of laptops.
- Webpage font sizes generally a constant factor too small to be readable
=> Text Zoom is a saviour :)
=> Would like to set a permanent Text Zoom percentage for ALL pages. (some
other browsers do this)
BUT:..
- in Mozilla, if you set "View -> Text Zoom" to something other than 100%, the
change works fine, but is (apparently) not saved.
- i.e. next time you run Mozilla, text size is back to 100%
Notes:
- (guess:) This could be due to having multiple windows/tabs open and doing
Text Zoom on some/most of them, but not on others, and the conflict being
resolved with keeping the 100% Text Zoom?
- (guess:) Or, it could be that the design document never expected anyone to
want to set a PERMANENT / Default Text Zoom?
Suggestion:
- 1. Either a Preference for "Default Text Zoom"
- 2. ..Or just remember the last text-zoom setting
(1) would probably be much better, because then you could change the zoom for a
particular page, without it having any permanent effect.
