Steps to reproduce:

I'm trying to display a picture from a FTP server with right click > open in new tab.

Tested on Linux Ubuntu 19.04 & Windows 10.

Actual results:

Firefox ask me for what I want to do : save the file or open with OS picture manager.

Expected results:

With Firefox < 70, pictures were opened on new tabs.
