Steps to reproduce:
I am on latest tab; I press ALT+2 to switch to second PINNED tab; then I press CTRL+W
Actual results:
pinned tab has not been closed, I was moved to FIRST "normal" tab
Expected results:
pinned tab will not be closed but I was moved to LAST USED (the one from I press ALT+2...) "normal" tab
