Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, enable DevTools, RDM;
2. Click no Edit list;
3. Enable long_text options such as: 1080p Full HD Television, Laptop with HiDPI screen;

Enhancement suggestion

• at least for the variations listed as default the dropdown for device can still expand to fit the whole text;
• it can still become truncated once the width doesn't allow it anymore;

Expected result

• text is fully displayed if browser width permits it;

Actual result

• longest options are still truncated and have ellipses;

Regression range

• for 1491649(where part of this issue was adressed) regressor marked as 1581059;

• issue was encountered on builds from 2018-08-15 ->2018-08-16 as well;

• most likelly with the batch of changes from 1467572;

Too late for a fix in 70 but we could still take a patch in 72.
