As a heavy bookmark user with many many folders, I find it difficult to add bookmarks to the correct folder with such a limited window of visibility into my folder structure from the menu bar. It would be a huge UX improvement here to make this window resizable by the user; would reduce the time it takes to add/organize bookmarks.

I've found myself frequently trying to do so, forgetting that it's not possible.

The plan is to move the folder picker into a subpanel, so it can use the full available space. Unfortunately atm we have no resources to work on that.
