Do this only when it's available. It must act as a hyperlink, similar to the existing 3 ones from top-left of Graphs view (those for test, repository & platform, respectively).
For example, if a signature has the new firefox hyperlink available & the user clicks it,
the test dialog will present him the same signature type, but from chrome or chromium (or whatever apps are running its test) if there are any.
