1593780 - Feature request: move AAQ questions between sub products

Implement the ability to move AAQ questions from one sub product to another e.g

1. from "lockwise ios" subproduct to "lockwise android"
2. from "Firefox for FireTV" to "Firefox for Echo Show" (there's a bug about this already: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1499492 )

(just like we can move AAQ questions from one product to another e.g. Fennec to Desktop, Desktop to Thunderbird etc)

Needinfo'g madalina and tasos to take a look to see how feasible this is.
