[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2. Enable the Synced Tabs sidebar.
3. Observe the “Sign in to Sync” button.
4. Login using a Firefox Account and turn off the Sync.
5. Go to Synced Tabs sidebar and observe the “Turn on Sync” button

[Expected Results]:
“Sign in to Sync...” and “Turn on Sync” buttons successfully display the ellipsis.

[Actual Results]:
Ellipsis do not appear in “Sign in to Sync” and “Turn on Sync” buttons from Synced Tabs sidebar.
