Details

A lot of hover styling hasn't been done in the popup, especially on buttons.
This is important because this shows that this is an interactive control.

Probably :active should be done too.

Reusing what we did in https://github.com/firefox-devtools/profiler/tree/master/res/css/photon can be a good idea, but it would be also good to check what does exist in the tree already.

This doesn't seem needed anymore, it looks like we have hover styling now.
