On https://www.canalplus.com/live/?channel=177 there's a menu that appears on the right side when hovering this specific area.
But there's also the picture-in-picture control that is displayed at the exact same spot :/
What's more concerning is that clicking on the "native" button (the one with the clock and reverse arrow in the attachment), you also trigger the picture-in-picture mode.
The website is behind a paywall, so I'm happy to provide any more information needed.
