Steps To reproduce:

  1. Open several tabs
  2. File > Print Preview
  3. Hit Ctrl+PageUP/PageDown to switch browser tabs

Actual Results:
Contents is switched as expected.
However toolbars(Tabbar/Naｖbar etc.) are missing.
Print Preview's toolbar is staying.

Expected Results:
Toolbars(Tabbar/Naｖbar etc.) should appear

As in bug 1596221, I think this is now WORKSFORME since we've removed the old Print Preview UI in favor of tab-modal print dialog (which doesn't have this problem).
