Steps to reproduce:

Run Nightly and create a new profile. It doesn't matter how this is done, console, about:profiles, defined profile or default.

Actual results:

The profile is created but it's unusable. All mouse selections fail. No menus open, the address bar is not selectable and the context menu is unavailable.

Expected results:

A new usable profile should be created.

Using Mozregression I found:
