We've seen two captcha-related breakage bugs from blocking nudatasecurity.com subresources. See Bug 1534922 and Bug 1590067. In both cases, the breakage was later fixed by the first-party site moving the captcha image from a third-party origin to a first-party origin.
It's hard to determine what percentage of sites have deployed this mitigation. This is something we should investigate.

Peter, do we have contacts at nudatasecurity that we can ask about this? It would be great to know whether this is on their radar, and if they've asked sites to move the captcha resources over to first party (as that seems to be the trend).
