We'd like to update the FingerprintingProtection and FingerprintingAnnotation features to only block active content from known fingerprinters.
This is the start of our work to further scope this feature to better target the specific scripts we know participate in fingerprinting. This will fix the breakage discussed in Bug 1599124. After this lands and ships we can remove the intervention tracked in Bug 1606144.
