01 - Go to Firefox Nightly 72
02 - Go to this website: https://whatismyipaddress.com/w3c-geolocation
03 - Once the Notification pop up appears, go to a different browser, app or folder
04 - Check that the notification is still on screen

This happens with every notification that websites shows without any input from the user

Expected behaviour: Once the user changes from FF to a different browser or app or folder, the notification must dissappear.

Hi, I've gone as far back as version 65 and the bug is still present. Don't know how useful a mozregression would be at this point.

I've also observed this for a while. Can be quite annoying.
