I attempted to reproduce your issue, got stuck at sharing my screen and ran out of time. Can you please answer some questions that might help me reproduce it later, please?
- in step 3: Which application do you open in full-screen mode on the original screen?
- in step 4: Which app do you use to share your screen? Hangouts? Does it happen with any screen-sharing app?
- in step 5: you already have an app opened in full-screen mode, so the exact steps would be to exit full-screen mode of the app opened in step 3 and open another one (like App Store) in full-screen mode, right?
Thank you for your contribution!
Which application do you open in full-screen mode on the original screen?
- This is not related to any particular application.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Connect external monitor in extended mode in Mac.
- Open Firefox in the extended screen.
- In Firefox open a screen sharing site (Eg: https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/Pluginfree-Screen-Sharing )
- Choose share screen option and share the original screen.
- Now go to the original screen -> Open any application-> View that application in full screen mode.
- Now open any other application in original screen .
- Now see the screen share video in Firefox browser . You will find the issue.
in step 4: Which app do you use to share your screen? Hangouts? Does it happen with any screen-sharing app?
- It not with specific app , You can test in any WebRTC supported apps in firefox browser. yes you can check in hangouts. You can also check this in https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/Pluginfree-Screen-Sharing directly.

I have succeeded in reproducing the issue. Not exactly as described, but the issue can be observed using the steps provided, more likely to be observed when scrolling the page. Issue confirmed.
