Steps to reproduce:

  1. turn on PIP mode
  2. minimized firefox window
  3. wait and see any video for 10-30 min
  4. get full Ram

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.

Hi Sergey, can you provide more information about the leak that you're seeing? Does it occur with any kind of video? How much does it appear to be leaking? Does the leak go away when you close the PiP player window? Does it go away if you unminimize the main window?

I'm able to reproduce this, and I'm 90% sure this is a dupe of bug 1599887.
