Details

While pushing a patched submitted using bugzilla attachment, and already reviewed with splinter.

I imported the patch locally with the original author name (censored to not paste the email address):

Author: Not Me <not.me@example.com>
Date:   Sun Nov 24 22:31:57 2019 -0800

    Bug 1234567 - … r=nbp

However, when submitting the patch to phabricator, I get the following error message.

This is incorrect, I should have been able to submit this patch on my own, as I could have done by pushing directly to mozilla-inbound before.

As a work-around I asked another team member to review the patch.
