Details

The conformance test suite is being developed for WebGPU - https://github.com/gpuweb/cts

It would be useful to have it running in our CI jobs, potentially replacing the current basic tests we have in "/dom/webgpu/mochitests/".

Also related to bug 1585683

This has actually happened on its own with bug 1576358 and follow-ups.
I'm disabling most of the tests in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D56603 , linking to the appropriate open issues, but I think this one can be considered done.
