160215 - cannot drag link from web page into bookmarks tab in sidebar

because bug 154904 has morphed too often, i'm filing this separately.

i cannot drag a link from the browser window into bookmarks tab in sidebar. the
link somehow never gets added.

if this *does* somehow work, it seems rather finnicky --let me know the specific
active regions in the bookmarks sidebar where a dragged link could be dropped onto.

the other tricky thing with testing this is that it's a good way to crash (bug
152580).

to answer saari's question: yes. clarifying summary.

Fixed. You can also drag links to the bookmarks toolbar now. We use the URL as
the title of the bookmark, for now. If you want to use the selected text, file
another bug.
