Not a regression, can reproduce it back to Nightly 66.0a1 (2018-12-19) and this is around the time when Firefox was launched on ARM64 devices.

This got worse in the current Nightly 74.0a1 (2020-02-06) (64-bit) as it crashes the tab with signature:
https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/125a9413-eecc-4660-bd0e-ea0e00200206#tab-details
Miko, should I submit a new bug with this crash signature?

This bug was originally about the graphical artifacts and chopped fonts. Is that still happening, or does the tab always crash?
Please file a new bug for the crash, so that we remember to fix both problems.

Thanks, submitted Bug 1613685. This initial bug is still reproducible on Beta builds where the crash does not occur.
