Steps to reproduce:

Bug begin since the 68.3.0. Seem to be OK with the 68.2.2.
When receive a file in attachement named whit space like "3 my - file is name.xlxs".
I try to open it directly by dble click

Actual results:

The file is copied in %TEMP% with the name "3.xlsx" and the application launched say "3 my - file is name.xlxs" could't by founded.

Expected results:

The temporary file name should be the full name of the Attachement.
or if renamed for security raison, the file to be opened in the application launched should be the same that has been saved in temporary folders.
