Steps to reproduce:

Bug with 68.3.0 upgraded from 68.2.2.
When some link with application are in preference not explicit (the choice is "Alway ask" - "Toujours Demander" in french). And we try to open Attachements directly by dble clik and we choice open in system dialog box witch give us the choice to record file or open directly.

Actual results:

We have got a message saying no application can open this file.
(The Windows 10 1903 system preferences is not used).
If the action is forced with an application name the file is opening normaly.
Alternative solution is to delete action with "Always Ask" choice.
But for basics users this solution could be hard to apply.

Expected results:

The attachement should open when chosing open and the link with application should use system pref.

I'm going to assume that attachment had space in the file name. Bug 1601905.
