When trying to apply D56854 manually on autoland with |moz-phab patch D56854 --apply-to .| I get this:

Failed to decompose multicopy changeset in order to generate diff.
CommandError: command '/usr/bin/python3' failed to complete successfully

A quick google of the Failed to decompose multicopy changeset in order to generate diff. message indicates that this came from arcanist.

Component: Lando → Phabricator
Component: Phabricator → moz-phab

I'm not sure this is a moz-phab issue. I have no problems uploading my patchset into Phabricator; the problem comes when Lando attempts to retrieve the patches from Phabricator.
