User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0

Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded from 60.9.1 to 68.3.0 (64 bit, German, on Windows 10 64 bit).
Double-clicking several attachments to open/display in associated viewer.
Tested only with PDF files and Adobe Reader 2019.021.20058.

Actual results:

With 60.9.1 everything was working as expected. Since upgrade to 68.3.0, attachments with spaces cannot be opened anymore. For PDF files, the installed Adobe Reader tells the user it cannot find the specified file. Attachments without spaces in filename can still be opened as expected.

Inspecting launched Reader's command line with Sysinternals Process Explorer reveals that the attachment's filename has been passed by Thunderbird without quotation marks.

Expected results:

Associated viewer should be able to find and display the double-clicked files independent from their filename containing spaces.
