The Chrome DevTools and IDEs like Visual Studio Code have command menus which allow to execute some commonly used actions in a quick way.

This tool opens by pressing a keyboard shortcut (normally Ctrl+Shift+P) or by clicking a menu option. It offers a list of actions, which can be filtered by entering some text and navigated by keyboard or mouse.

In the long term, I see this command menu as a replacement for the previously removed GCLI allowing to do many different DevTools wide tasks from a central UI.

This bug is meant as a meta-bug to implement this feature.

Part of this menu is also a Find All feature, triggered by Cmd-P and the default behavior for opening the menu without > .

I'll start some requirements to get things kicked off, but contributors are free to start prototyping.
