Steps to reproduce:

With TB 68.3 version (64 bit), under Windows 7, 8 and 10, verified :
when opening an attached file with space character in name

Actual results:

can't open
This is not a problem with the application chosen with the type file.
TB wants to open "a file" at each word (before each space character) ; so, there is no type file at each word, and nothing open.

Expected results:

open the file
