Steps to reproduce:

Click on the attached file name in a recieved mail. On one computer a PDF file on another a word document. The associated application (Acrobat Reader/MS Word) starts but displays a message that the file cannot be opened.

Actual results:

TB saved the file to %TEMP% folder (AppData-Local-Temp) where it can be found. On a double click the associate application starts and open it well. It just doesn't work from within TB.
Looks to me like this is new in v68.3.0

Expected results:

TB should open the file in the associated app.
