I'd like to explore github actions to automate some of our project management related tasks. It looks like this can be controlled at the org level, and that actions are disabled right now. Would it be possible to enable them for the syncstorage-rs and the services-eng repos?
The action I want to use is third party, so likely requires enabling the most permissive "Enable local and third party Actions for this repository" option. For reference, using this action requires repo perms. BUT, it doesn't require a key with full admin access, so I think that makes us a bit more secure here.

Also, just for reference, here's the place to enable them in the GitHub UI per repo.

GitHub Actions are not available for legacy accounts such as mozilla-services. See details in the request for the mozilla org (bug 1594423). You'd need to convince management to upgrade to a modern team plan.
(Also, per this table, mozilla-services requests should be filed as indicated therein.)
