1605492 - Sync is not working although the user seems to be logged in to FxA.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:72.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/72.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Sign in to Firefox account on both my desktop browser and Firefox for iOS (iOS 13/iPhone SE).
2. Select "Send to Device" from the page actions menu.

Actual results:

I see a mostly empty view with a cancel button and "Sent Tab" heading. Below that is all white and above there's a partially rounded horizontal dark grey line (top is rounded, bottom isn't) which looks like it's supposed to have content. Scrolling up in the white area causes a spinner to appear, but nothing else happens.

Expected results:

I should see a list of all my devices and be able to select one to send the tab to.

This seems to be a account connectivity issue. Can you please try to go to Settings and tap on Firefox Account name and see if your account page is displayed? If not reconnect your account and try again to send the tab. Let me know how that goes.

I appear to be signed in just fine (see attached screen captures above). I had previously signed out and back in again just to make sure.

I logged this issue here : https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/issues/5963. We will track and triage it. In the meantime can you please check two other cases for me?

1. Go to the Hamburger menu -> Library -> Synced Tabs and let me know if any of your devices are displayed there.
2. Try syncing a bookmark on your iOS device and let me know if it's synced on your other device

It appears I am unable to see tabs from other devices

And bookmarks don't appear to be synced from my iOS device to other devices.
