Steps to reproduce:

View inbox, new version of Tbird, 68.3.1. Message unread icon (blue star) is chopped off on right side.

Tested with Tbird 68.3.1 on Mac. I could not change the "Read" column width – I tried to, but dragging the left or right column limit icons moves the whole column and doesn't change the width. The column width in the attached image is the default. If column width was slightly wider, problem would go away.

That column is a green circle in my Thunderbird 68.3.1 on Linux and the circle looks fine.

It is one of the first things I removed, and replaced with the Status column many versions ago.

Webmaster2 and Wayne, do you use non-Retina Macs? On my Mac with Retina I see no issue.

non-Retina MacBook Air 2012

I checked it with a LoDPI monitor and saw the issue. Fixed with removing the unneeded 16px dimensions set for the 13px icon.
